Hot Springs Road Reconstruction Project Initial Study and Mitigated Negative Declaration

Alpine County is proposing to reconstruct Hot Springs Road from Laramie Street to Grover Hot Springs State Park to improve pavement conditions, construct paved shoulders and bike lanes, and increase safety for drivers and bicyclists. The Notice of Availability and the Initial Study and Proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration have been posted at alpinecountyca.gov under Community Development - Planning Department - Documents and Forms. The Alpine County Board of Supervisors will make a final decision on the proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration at the Board of Supervisors regular meeting on Wednesday January 2, 2019 at 9:00 a.m., Board of Supervisors Chambers, Alpine County Administrative Building, 99 Water Street, Markleeville, CA.
