Description:

The Alpine County Community Development Department (County) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for Construction Management (CM) services. 

The purpose of this request for proposals (RFP) is to select a consulting firm to assist the County with construction management, Resident Engineer (RE) services, inspection services, and project closeout procedures required by the Caltrans Division of Local Assistance Manual for the Hot Springs Road Bridge Replacement Project BRLS-5931(030). The Hot Springs Road Bridge is located approximately 2.5 miles west of Markleeville in Alpine County, California. 

The Hot Springs Road Bridge Replacement project will replace an existing 2- lane bridge with a standard 2-lane bridge.
