The County Clean-up is provided to Alpine County residents only and is free of charge. All materials brought to the event will need to be unloaded by the parties bringing the items.
Residential household garbage, metal, paint, plastic, paper, treated wood waste, mattresses, washers, dryers, water heaters, stoves, refrigerators, freezers, computers, monitors and intact TVs.
Recycling Materials: Aluminum beverage cans, glass (cleaned with no lids), plastic containers (cleaned and flattened), tin cans, cardboard (completely flattened at seams), catalogs, magazines, newspaper, white paper and uncontaminated motor oil (maximum: five-gallon containers).
Dirt, cement, stumps or similar debris, construction debris and construction site clearing debris or slash, commercial business garbage / waste / debris, chemicals, batteries, light bulbs, or tires.
