Help with Basic Needs

The Alpine County Women's Center knows that meeting basic needs can cause extreme stress. We want to help make things easier for you. We can discuss budgeting and life skills such as cost-effective meal planning and grocery shopping. We can also provide assistance with food, clothing, and diapers and refer you to agencies that may also be able to help you and your family meet your basic needs.
