FOR MAINTENANCE EMERGENCIES (Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.): Call the Public Works office at 530-694-2140. For maintenance emergencies other than normal business hours, call the Sheriff's Department at 530-694-2231.
