The Alpine Watershed Group has a very limited operating budget that is often dependant upon a patchwork of unreliable grant opportunities and individual contributions.  Your dontation will assist the Alpine Watershed Group in such efforts as the continuation of our volunteer monitoring program, hosting annual Alpine Creek Days throughout Alpine County, conducting streambank and wetland restorations, and hosting a variety of workshops to educate the community opprotunites to improve the natural systems functioning of our watersheds.

Ways you can help out!

1. Create and/or present a brochure to recruit members and financial support for AWG.
2. Assist in the design of the website. Write content. Gather photographs. Design artwork.
3. Assist in grant writing. Here is an opportunity to learn a very valuable skill.
4. Become a board member.
5. Assist with the production of monthly newsletters or submit articles or photographs
6. Develop other public outreach and education materials
7. Contribute financially
8. Attend other community group meetings and invite participation in AWG
9. Assist with data management
