RFP: Defensible Space Inspector

The County of Alpine seeks proposals from qualified contractors to implement a defensible space education and inspection program in developed residential areas of Eastern Alpine County in accordance with California Public Resources Code 4291. Candidates must possess a current driver’s license, demonstrate relevant experience and competence in wildfire prevention and forest management practices, and be able to issue citations to non-compliant property owners. A total of $40,000, including all related expenses, is allocated for this limited term independent contractor position.
