All events will take place at the Alpine County Registrar of Voters office, 99 Water St, Markleeville according to the following schedule:
February 9, 2024 – Logic and accuracy testing of the County’s high-speed ballot scanners, precinct ballot scanners and vote tabulation system begins at 2 pm
February 16, 2024 – Logic and accuracy testing of the County’s high-speed ballot scanners, precinct ballot scanners and vote tabulation system begins at 2 pm
March 5, 2024 - Ballots picked up 5 pm from United States Postal Service. Polls close at 8 pm and the release of voted ballots will begin shortly thereafter.
March 13, 2024– E + 7 and the random precinct selection for the one percent manual tally of polling place ballots counted on the high-speed ballot scanners and precinct ballot scanners takes place at 9:30 am
March 13, 2024 – Logic and accuracy testing of the County’s high-speed ballot scanners, precinct ballot scanners and vote tabulation system begins at 9 am
