THE STATUS OF ALPINE COUNTY’S VACANCIES AND RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION EFFORTS DURING FISCAL YEAR 2024/2025 AS REQUIRED BY ASSEMBLY BILL 2561 (GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 3502.3)
Notice is hereby given that the Alpine County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing to consider:
THE STATUS OF ALPINE COUNTY’S VACANCIES AND RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION EFFORTS DURING FISCAL YEAR 2024/2025 AS REQUIRED BY ASSEMBLY BILL 2561 (GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 3502.3)
The public hearing will be held during the regular meeting of the Alpine County Board of Supervisors on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at 10:00 AM or soon thereafter. The meeting is held at the Alpine County Government Center, inside the Board Chambers, located at 99 Water St., Markleeville, CA 96120.
Written comments to be included in the administrative record of the proceedings may be submitted in advance of the public hearing to Patricia (Pj) Albert, Personnel Technician, pjalbert@alpinecountyca.gov (530) 694-2287.
Pursuant to California Government Code 65009, if you challenge any of the above actions in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in the notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Alpine County Board of Supervisors at, or prior to, the public hearing.
Members of the public are invited to attend the public hearing. Public input is encouraged.
